To get started with QR codes you'll need:
- A mobile device with camera and Internet.
- A QR app. Search QR in your app store or check out these free apps for iOS or Android.
- Once you've got the mobile device and the app, all you'll need to do is find a QR code and scan it with your mobile device. The code does the rest!

What's a QR code?
The first QR codes were created by Toyota and have been popular in Japan for some time. QR stands for Quick Response and are a way to hyperlink the real world. When you scan a QR code you may launch a web site, text, SMS, video and more depending on the code.
