How to Use TDS Health

The  ICD Conversion Tool is quite simple to use. It allows you to enter either ICD-9 or 10 Diagnosis or procedure code, and covert to 10 or 9.*

You can access the tool from the TDS Health home page or go directly to the ICD Conversion Tool page. 

* This tool is based on the General Equivalency Mapping (GEM) files published by CMS. All mapping results should be reviewed before applying them.
