You can browse the book by clicking on any section, search it, and get examples of citation and papers. 

If you don't know what section of the handbook has the information you need, you can search it. The search function is very good so you'll probably see what you need on the list. But if you do need to narrow it down you can use the Update Search function on the side to narrow by topic, date or more.
