How to Use EBSCO Magazine Archives

Get the basics, grab citations and get help.

APA

EBSCOhost has a great citation tool you can use to cite your articles. Here's how:

  1. At the top right of every article is a quote icon in that you can select to get an APA, Chicago, Harvard, MLA, or citation in other styles. 
  2. Under Style, use the pull down menu to select MLA. 
  3. A citation is generated. 
  4. Select Copy to clipboard to grab your citation. 

Change It Tips

  1. If it is longer than one line, after pasting the citation in your paper, create a hanging indent. (follow this link to see how).
  2. Make it double spaced (follow this link to see how).
  3. Change the font to match the font of your paper,  generally Times New Roman.

Dec. 7, 1941. (1941). TIME Magazine, 38(24), 17. 

MLA
