QuestionWe have recipes available from books, eBooks and databases. Two of our best databases for recipes are actually to support our culinary students, but anyone can use them, AtoZ Food America and AtoZ World Food. 

  • AtoZ Food America has recipes in all course categories (appetizers, soups, salads, breads, main courses, side dishes, desserts, snacks, and beverages) for US regions, all 50 states, and 33 ethnic cuisines. It includes regional cookbooks, immigrant culinary influences, historic cookbooks and television commercials, “how to” food preparation videos, and more.
  • AtoZ World Food has traditional recipes for 174 countries of the world in all course categories: appetizers, soups, salads, breads, main courses, side dishes, desserts, snacks, and beverages. It includes National Cuisine, Regional Cuisine, Daily Meals, Dining Etiquette, Special Occasion Foods, and Food Trivia, “how to” food preparation videos, and more.
